How to book:

Booking Process:
 

• Fill out a reservation request form specifying the desired room and date-range above.
   

• We will review your request and respond within 24 hours regarding its availability.
   

• If your booking request can be accommodated, we will contact you using the provided details to arrange a mandatory 5-minute interview for all new applicants.
   

• Please allow an additional business day for us to review your application and confirm its approval.
   

• To secure your booking, please submit a 50% rent deposit. Details for deposit submission can be found below.

For bookings made more than one week in advanced, the standard deposit is 50% of the total rent.

The remaining 50% of rent is due upon arrival.

​

Deposit payment options include IBAN and Wise.

Cancellation Policy:

This policy applies to the 50% reservation deposit paid at the time of booking.
 

• More than 21 days before check-in: Full refund of the deposit
   

• 21 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the deposit
   

• Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund of the deposit
   

No-shows or early departures: No refunds of the deposit or rent paid.

Last-Minute Bookings:

For bookings made within one week before arrival, 100% of the rent must be paid in full prior to arrival in order to confirm your booking
