How to book:

Booking Process:
* Fill out a reservation request form specifying the desired room and date-range above.

* We will review your request and respond within 24 hours regarding its availability.

* If your booking request can be accommodated, we will contact you using the provided details to arrange a mandatory 5-minute interview for all new applicants.

* Please allow an additional business day for us to review your application and confirm its approval.

* To secure your booking, please submit a 50% rent deposit*. Details for deposit submission can be found below.

Deposit:
* For bookings made more than one week in advance, the standard deposit is 50% of the total rent.

* The remaining 50% of rent is due upon arrival.

* Deposit payment options include IBAN and Wise.

Cancellation Policy:

Last-Minute Bookings:
* For bookings made within one week before arrival, the deposit is 100% of the rent and must be paid in full prior to arrival.

* Deposit payment options include IBAN and Wise.

Cancellation Policy:
* Deposits are fully refundable up to one week before the booking date.

* Last-minute bookings are non-refundable.
